Please measure the circumference of your hand around the knuckles (excluding the thumb) with your hand open and your fingers together, and the length of your hand from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist.

In the past, I have purchased cotton gloves from the chemists for use over skin ointment overnight. These mitts are far superior - a decent cuff and I can still use my (unaffected) fingers normally. Brilliant!
