Uses of the Firemaster Debris Gloves
The Firemaster Debris Gloves have been designed to provide excellent protection against extreme heat and flames. They are most often used by firefighters in site clearances when protection against both heat and sharp objects is paramount.
Features of the Firemaster Debris Gloves
- Pyrohide shell for protection against heat, fire and water
- Knitted acrylic cuff provides additional comfort and security
- Kevlar lining protects from cut and slashes
- Extremely resistant to all physical threats
- Washable for easy maintenance
Pyrohide Shell
Pyrohide leather is exclusively manufactured in the UK by Southcombe and is ideal for resistance against heat, fire, water, salt-water, liquid chemicals and Man Made Mineral Fibres (MMMF). The Firemaster Debris Gloves utilise pyrohide leather for the outer shell of the gloves.
Porelle MVP Membrane and Kevlar Lining
Between the Kevlar lining and the Pyrohide shell, the Firemaster Debris Gloves have an interlining membrane that is manufactured from Porelle MVP. The membrane is waterproof, windproof, breathable, and durable and also provides an extra layer that helps to reduce the negative effects of heat.
The Kevlar lining provides high levels of resistance against cuts or slashes and also prevents abrasion from damaging the glove. The Kevlar lining also features a Viloft yarn plate that helps to wick away moisture from your hands.
Sizing of the Firemaster Debris Gloves
The Firemaster Debris Gloves are available in five sizes that should suit the hands of most users. Please measure the circumference of your hand around the knuckles (excluding the thumb) with your hand open and your fingers together, and the length of your hand from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist.

Size | Circumference (mm) | Length (mm) |
Size 7 | 178mm | 171mm |
Size 8 | 203mm | 182mm |
Size 9 | 229mm | 192mm |
Size 10 | 254mm | 204mm |
Size 11 | 279mm | 215mm |
If you fall between two different sizes, we would advise that you pick the larger pair for greater comfort. If, however, you would like a tighter fit, the smaller one should still be suitable.
